Bronte is a beachside suburb of Sydney only 8 kilometres east of the city's centre & just over a kilometre walk south of Bondi. Bronte Beach sits on Nelson Bay, surrounded by Bronte Park & offers scenic clifftop walking paths south to Coogee & north to Tamarama & Bondi Beach. 

 

There is an ocean-fed lap pool tucked in beneath the south headland providing one of Sydney’s finest saltwater swim experiences (free entry). The wide grassy park behind the beach has barbecues & picnic tables & gives way to a wooded gully between rows of expensive houses on the opposing hillsides.

WHAT DID OUR GUESTS THINK?

This place is A-MAZ-ING. When I saw the listing I thought it was too good to be true, but no, this place is the real deal. It’s like having your own private mansion for a while. Very comfortable, very large beautiful spaces to hang out in, comfy beds, great bathrooms, and an awesome kitchen and dining area. We had 7 people, but could easily take 5 couples, with plenty of space to hang out. Facing into the morning sun makes it lovely in the morning, and cool in the afternoon swelter of Sydney. The double garage makes it great for parking. It’s very close to gorgeous Bronte beach for swimming in the ocean or safe tide pool...plus Bondi Junction for good shopping. The property is an easy 15-25 min drive to both the CBD and Airport. We’ll be back!
